Responsibilities
- Process payroll, including overtime, accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee records with precision.
- Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and standards.
- Address and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies effectively.
- Generate detailed payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with HR teams on benefits, compensation updates, and other payroll-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with expertise in handling overtime calculations.
- Familiarity with managing outsourced payroll services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
