Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with customers and vendors for shipment and transport arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support for all shipping-related activities.
  • Manage customs clearance applications to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with shipping lines and agents to obtain competitive freight quotes.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for shipping and logistics.
