Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with customers and vendors for shipment and transport arrangements.
- Provide administrative support for all shipping-related activities.
- Manage customs clearance applications to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with shipping lines and agents to obtain competitive freight quotes.
- Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools for shipping and logistics.
