Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources.
- Develop centralized data assets platforms for managing and accessing data effectively.
- Implement automated SQL generation tools to optimize query creation based on user-defined criteria or business needs.
- Create new intellectual properties (IPs) in areas of expertise in Singapore.
- Collaborate on innovation projects with Institutes of Higher Learning or Research Institutes to develop new technologies.
- Provide short-term overseas support for process development.
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Airflow).
- Experience in database management with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying and managing data infrastructure.
- Expertise in data modeling and data quality validation techniques.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, or Ansible.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms for tasks like query optimization and anomaly detection.
