Responsibilities
- Attend to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries with accuracy, sincerity, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Deliver exceptional service and convert interactions into lasting customer relationships.
- Provide product and service information and guide customers throughout their purchasing journey.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or live chat support.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong typing and communication skills (minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute).
- Ability to work on a shift rotation, including day and night shifts.
- Based near Setia Avenue, Setia Alam, with hybrid work arrangements available.
