We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support and Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth business operations by providing administrative support, coordinating communication across teams, and managing essential business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations to support various business functions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, virtual meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Manage the companys filing system, ensuring that all records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll activities.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, business support, or similar role.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good command of Chinese, Cantonese, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with project management and communication tools like Slack, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
