Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable and revenue collection, including invoice preparation, posting, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Manage credit card collections and bank deposits.
- Compile month-end stock take on a timely basis.
- Prepare bank and SST reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis.
- Handle inter-company recharges, reconciliations, and confirmations.
- Maintain effective communication with all divisions and ensure proper documentation.
- Continuously learn and enhance skills related to job responsibilities.
- Undertake additional tasks or assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Less than a year of working experience or no experience required.
- Ability to work in Taman Pelangi Indah, Johor Bahru.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
