Responsibilities

  • Process accounts receivable and revenue collection, including invoice preparation, posting, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage credit card collections and bank deposits.
  • Compile month-end stock take on a timely basis.
  • Prepare bank and SST reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Handle inter-company recharges, reconciliations, and confirmations.
  • Maintain effective communication with all divisions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Continuously learn and enhance skills related to job responsibilities.
  • Undertake additional tasks or assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Less than a year of working experience or no experience required.
  • Ability to work in Taman Pelangi Indah, Johor Bahru.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
