Responsibilities
- Provide effective inbound call services for product and service inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and guide them through processes with professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for quick resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, hotline support, or insurance-related roles.
- Professional licenses (IIQE/HKSI) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
